Lifting Equipment
FLXMAT Engineering design and project manage the manufacture of mattress lifting equipment to DNV Standard for Certification 2.7-3, Portable Offshore Units.
FLXMAT lifting equipment is designed for deep water mattress installation by either diver or ROV. Hydraulically activated release systems are available.
The Lifting Equipment options available from FLXMAT are either
- a single spreader beam comprising the mattress quick release system, or
- a designated rectangular lifting frame beam with dual quick release systems

FLXMAT™ MATTRESS MULTI LIFT. Multiple mats may be lifted during load out, stacking or movement on site if the FLXMAT mattresses have been designed for this purpose. Multiple mattresses lifted in a single lift is provided to reduce crane time during load out.
