The FLXMAT concrete mattress comprises a matrix of interconnected concrete blocks shaped by using plastic moulds (shells) to create the signature design of the mattress required.
Standard FLXMAT retains the plastic shells. The finished concrete mattress is covered in a 3mm protective plastic shell.
New 2018 FLXMAT RAW offers the signature FLXMAT concrete mattress with the plastic shells removed.
