AGREE the mattress design. FLXMAT provides detailed design drawings and engineering support.
SHIP the materials. FLXMAT™ sends the materials you need to make the mattresses you require.
PREPARE your site to ensure that the mattress can be made and moved safely on site. FLXMAT can advise on this.
ASSEMBLE the mattress with the ropes cut to length to form the mattress mould.
CAST the mattress with concrete following the FLXMAT instructions.
FLXMAT™ “KIT SET” assembly instructions will be provided and on site supervision can be arranged for the duration you require.
